If that’s their new tech what’s the rest of their aging nuclear deterrent like? Constructing and maintaining a nuke to be able to produce the chain reaction for it to detonate relies on everything working precisely. If you look at how bad their current military kit is old and poorly maintained it will be exactly the same for the nukes.
