Ok, my tin hat is on and so is the body armour. He plays for them, bad point no1, bad point no2 hes welsh. ok, the bad bits are out of the way. All those aside what a great true professional he is. he is local, honest, always gives 100%, doesnt moan to much for a footballer and more importantly, he is a bloody good player and a true professional. Its a shame there are not as many professionals like him and if there were, football would be a better game. I dont want him to win Sports Personality as there are better candidates than himself, but if there is a lifetime achievement award, i would like it to go to him. Any thoughts???

I think scholes has been better over the years. still don't want him to win a bloody award for it tho.
