This article would certainly seem to suggest so.
 
I've only seen him play twice i think, but he impressed me both times, quick and strong and decent on the ball, never really got tested out defensively but he's definately a good prospect. Reminded me a bit of Alan Hutton the way he played.
 
I've only seen him once, his debut for NI. Didnt look like he could cope with that, and sure enough he got himself sent off. but if he was a bit nervy you'd forgive him for that. There must be a lot of people that rate his talent for him to have got there already.

First international appearance, you can excuse that.

I've confidence in the lad, he's with NI today so anyone that wants to see him in action turn the tv on, not sure if he's starting but he'll probably get a sub appearance.
 
Mate's a big Ulster fan, said that McGivern is never Premier League quality. Loves a tackle apparently. Sound fair?
