Saúl Ñíguez

What's does the transfer fee have to do with breaking our wage structure?
Well nothing really, my notion is if we bought this player for say £100m he would probably want north of £300k p/w or his agent would demand it, hence breaking our wage structure, just my honest opinion, as they would look at other players and want the same.

Is that you, Simon;)

I genuinely am not able to say but it isn't this lad.

Put it this way, we wouldn't pay the extra for De Ligt.

We have our ceiling and Txiki already has something else lined up.
Give us the league and their age? Would make for a great game of guess who.

Male or female?
Born before or after 1995?
Marital status?
Star sign?

It's not correct.

We already have an agreement in place with another midfielder.

City won't be spending £130m during the entire summer.
Have we not had this scenario before tolmie hairdoo with a player and/or club only for it to go pear shape and end up with nobody

Think that's the procedure . But we have seen too often - you can have the agreement with the player - Jorginho , Sanchez etc , but there is still lot to be done even after that
