You ever been to a away game in England where fans are standing ??? There's no way you could get a extra 8 people confertabley on a row never mined for every 10 people
Even given seats don't sit locked away flush as it stands here, and they take up around 4/5 inches but you couldn't get two blokes safely of comfatabley in one seating area even if they was flush with the frame.

I'm going off the design as in this stadium in Germany. Each seat requires two steps when used for sitting but when used for standing two people can stand where one can sit.

Couldn't work here as we obviously haven't built with that in mined and can't don't think Celtic have eather (could be wrong) so I'm assuming 1 seat 1 standing place at Celtic.

Maybe something the designe team take in mined when doing the north stand at ours, get a jump on the test if/when the rules change down here

Exactly. It would have been cheaper to put a step in between existing steps than build the third tier of the south stand!
Some grounds, such as Everton, simply bolted seats to existing terraces so in those cases that design would work
