Salford City programme!

Salford City - well done to them but not every non-league club is fortunate to have owners like the class of 92.. so it is kind of an unfair advantage really taking nothing away from them at all amazing performance but they have resources even clubs in Notts County league don't have.
I don't think it's the class of 92 what's fortunate. It's the billionaire owner what gives them the advantage. the media are acting like its some shitty pub team with no money etc... In fact I'm surprised they didn't mention the money, it's something they always love to do.

What's different?
That it doesn't suit your agenda?

What agenda's that then?

London football support is still quite regional and parochial rather than city-wide, for example you won't find that many local-born East-enders supporting Arsenal or Chelsea. This limits the growth of even the biggest London clubs which is why those clubs are as keen as City to exploit the global market.

The big London clubs have plenty of support in the Home Counties, so they actually attract from a wide radius with a large population. Of course some of that audience are plastic rags and dippers too.

If you are going to dismiss West Brom from being in Birmingham, then Manchester only has one team too ;)

I wasn't dismissing West Brom (or indeed Birmingham City or Wolves) from being from Bimingham (urban area). I was dismissing them as a genuinely big club. I also dismissed West Ham, although it's border line, from London and Bolton from Manchester (urban area) for similar reasons.

Yes the BBC are showing "David Beckham's Night Of Stars" next Saturday rather that a Euro qualifier special or something like that. I have no wish to watch that publicity whore & his family grace our screens. I fully expect the Wayne Rooney testimonial/wankfest will also get the full live treatment by Auntie Beeb.

What next in the BBC's 'Manchester United season'?

'An Audience with Phil Jones' where the living legend answers questions from a star-studded celebrity audience and recreates some of the great moments from his career, like his penalty miss in the LC semi against Sunderland?

'Stars in their United eyes' "Tonight Matthew, I'm going to be Michael Carrick"?

'The MU Factor' or 'Trafford's Got Talent' where a group of hopefuls compete to be the next Nick Powell?

'The Red Choir' where Gareth Malone works with fan choirs in different sections of the swamp to see who comes out top in snging stupid nursery rhymes?
