Same old Away story

Noone can argue Hughes can spot a player. It is using them that is his problem.

In the Hughes era only the Schalke and Everton, possibly Liverpool games, have we been in control of an away game for any length of time.

We never play to our potential away from home. Passing is poor and defensively well.... whereas conversely at home our individual talent is able to overcome any tactical shortcomings that Hughes has.

Potentially this season could be very embarrassing.

The press will be on our backs and while I expect us to slaughter quite alot of teams at home we desperately need to sort out the away form.

I have seen nothing that suggests we will, however many 20 million pound players we have.

I expect to get slammed for this slightly negative post.

agreed on a lot of your points,we really cant judge at this stage these games mean nothing in terms of results its all about players fitness,roll on rovers when we have a full squad to play with yes i agree this could be a banana skin i and most on here wouldnt be happy with the draw after what we have spent, ''lets see after 10 games''
