Only on the pitch for about 35 minutes, but he was easily my pick for man of the match today. We didn't have the same fluency when he went off. His passing in the final third was awesome. His movement, his desire to support attacks, his work rate... everything was there today. If he played like that every week, we'd win the league at a canter. Sadly, he is too inconsistent and probably WONT play like that every week! But today proved how important he is to us. He gets a lot of stick, but the guy is a class act.

Good post apart from the MOTM bit. We did lose a bit of control once he went off though. Looked like he had a point to prove and played well as a result.

still think we could use another attacking midfielder/winger. Nasri just doesn't produce enough times. Maybe he can turn things around though.

Joe made two good saves.

City missed 3-4 gilt edged chance's first half.

Nasri was brilliant until he went off.

That's what he should be doing every week though, attacking with real purpose and creating chances.

He has become too lazy IMO and is happy to just recycle the possession and keep the ball ticking over effectively.
