If this is just about being at the birth of his child then full credit to him thats where he should be If he is having problems at City. we have a manager who i would trust to get leroys head straight i suspect maybe the problem lies with the "All or Nothing" Amazon programme or rather the clear message you get from it, Our manager demands 100 percent from all around him nothing else will do
 
Bit harsh to judge him 4 games in without starts, but in pep we have the best manager around to get him on track or sort him out. 100% confident pep will get the best out of the situation,been supporting city since 1975 and I cant remember ever having faith in a manager like I have now.

correct, pep gives 100% so why should his team give less. A shortage of this mentality in the Pl, there is to much "that will do its ok".
 
Great news for Leroy and maybe for us aswell. I had a kid a little later, at 23 but obviously still young. My lad has completely made me.

A good point and think back to when KDB was an expectant father.
After the babe arrived safely so did the return of his form.
