Santander tickets, someone is havin a laugh. £41 and £66, City should be complaining to Uefa on the fans behalf.

Prices £41, no concessions
An initial allocation of tickets will be available at £41. Once these have sold out we will have a further limited allocation priced at £66, no concessions available

I contacted the MCFC ticket office today who were useless. "That's what we've been told to sell them at, nothing we can do etc". No one seems bothered that we're being ripped off in what could be a dead rubber a week before Christmas.
Be interesting to see what their attendance is on Thursday, If its less than 20,000, I'll take a chance and pay 15euro to sit in their main stand. (Got a couple of mates with spanish addresses). They hardly ever sell out.
If you want to ask the robbing gits about their prices, here's the email address & my email.

Man City have announced ticket prices as follows: £41 GBP & £66 GBP.
Can you please confirm why these prices are so high and how much you intend to charge the supporters of Racing Santander? How do these prices compare with the amounts charged to fans of Schalke 04 on 06 November 2008.
If I do not recieve a reply by 09 November 2008, I will be bringing this issue to the attention of UEFA.

Spoke to a Rag at work, she says she's never paid more than £60 for a European ticket (apart from Moscow) in 15 years.
She did say that rumours are that Villareal are gonna charge £60 for their visit.

I sent an email on saturday to RC Santander to ask them how they could justify their ticket pricing for our game. No response yet, and I don`t expect one.

Email from Schalke says they are being charged euro50 (£41) for Thursday.
I inform you that, at the moment, we haven’t got the prices of the tickets for the match between Real Racing Sanatnder- Manchester City.
Why are City quoting and selling £41 & £66 then?[/b]
Anyway the prices of the tickets will be the same for our supporters and the Manchester city supporters.
Very surprised if their fans will be paying 50/80 euros.
The tickets will be in EUROS (€).
When we will have this information we will send you the prices.
