Since there are some rumours floating around regarding Santi Cazorla I figured he deserves a thread of his own here on the TF.

So, me not being very familiar with Santi, could someone please describe to me what kind of a player he is? Best position, strengths, weaknesses, character and so on...

I love Cazorla, such a gifted player.

I reckon he's a Gooner though and will be one of the buys of the summer. Just because he's apparently said he wants to come here doesn't mean he will.

It is only a twitter rumour but he has apparently said that he would prefer a move to us than Arsenal. It is on the quiet thread on page 34.

No quotes, and seeing as it was posted at 9 this morning (8am over here) and nobody else has seemingly deemed it worthy to run it as a story, I'll remain sceptical.
 
If the rumours are true that Arsenal put a bid in, but he's holding out for us, and we sign him + RvP... Going to the Emirates is going to be so awkward!

he's class and gives us an element we don't have, if arsenal get him which all signs point to it would be a great signing for them

Haha, my thoughts exactly when I saw this rumour! I'm not sure what the status is with regards to us and Sahin, but I'd love all three, and I think we'd be sorted for next season!
 
We should offer 10m + Adebayor.

They were linked with him before and with Van Nistelrooy gone they could do with a striker.

Especially now they are in the CL.
