Saudi Gov expell Qatari diplomats and cut ties

But that doesn't make sense mate. If Qatar wanted to run the pipeline then your conspiracy theory falls down doesn't it?
Not at all. Get rid of the Qatari government in place, install a new government, renegotiate terms, larger profits.

The same thing happened in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya. Currently the situation in Syria. Weve seen it so many times since 2002

I can't claim to understand all the nuances here but it all feels as scary as shit. Proxy wars and governments lining up shit in the shadows etc.

But Iraq and Afghanistan had dictators who were anti-west. Qatar is an ally and open to building a pipeline. If anything it's the Saudi's who have had their nose potentially put out.

The Saudis aren't happy that Qatar has diplomatic relations with Shia Iran. But it makes sense for Qatar to do so seeing as they share the worlds largest natural gas field.

I know. Ricster was insinuating it was some sort of US conspiracy over building a pipeline through the country which Qatar were open to anyway.
