During the original lockdown, and into the period where spectators weren't allowed into sporting venues, I've spent loads on the house.
Had a new bathroom, downstairs painted and decorated, and new 3 piece suite.
Only trouble now is that the wife has realised just how much of my wage goes on sport!
I do have season tickets for City, Salford RLFC, and Lancs CCC, so not doing too bad!

I have put 3 grand into shares this year, largely because I haven't been going on holidays, going to City or going out for meals as much - in fact, barely at all.

I don't exactly stint myself though, if I want something enough I get it.

I have spent so much on home repairs in the last two years i am borasic, lend me a tenner (x one million)

There's a large green near me where a lot of the unemployed hang out during the day.
Its known as Boracic Park by the locals
