Give the lad a chance. If we get to next season and his loan move was disastrous or he has struggled in games for us then i will admit he won't make it but until then come on lads don't slag off players when they are struggling.

Every time Mancini gives him a chance he makes a stupid mistake.

I have no confidence when he plays, I know that we 'should' give him a chance but he's a complete liability - should've been sent off against Chelsea and was utterly wank when called upon last season.

If us, the fans, have no confidence then I'd hate to imagine what he brings to our back 4.

I'd rather Boyata plays, I know he didn't have a great time at Bolton but - his red card aside- he's been reasonably solid for us.

Savic gonna be a star, good in the air, passing and tackling, needs a bit of positional sense and composure! He got thrown in at the deep end last year and made a few mistakes, had we have been in a good run of form we could've coped and nothing more wouldv'e been said, but Vinnie,Kolo, Yaya all out and Zabba hadn't become the star he is now, we all loved him but thought he was not good enough for the starting 11, but a great cover player( any1 who says different has short memories) Lescott played well but couldn't do it all on his own, while Clichy and Kolarov were switching all the time! Bobby believes in Savic and so do I!

He's ok when we play anyone in the bottom half of the league but any top striker will have him for position and pace, plus he makes too many mistakes for my liking, having somone one like Vinny makes you see how defending should be done.

Us playing 3 at the back and Rodwell signing will see Savic's games come to a minimum.

I have to agree. He has been given a ton of chances, chances a lot of young centre backs would kill for and he has made a huge fuck up each and every time. He just shows no sign that he has learnt from his mistakes which is the most worrying thing as he just isn't developing and since he's training with players like Kompany, Toure and Lescott you'd think he would be.

Personally I don't think he has it in him to be a class centre back and we should get rid.

I don't know whether he has what it takes in the long run but I sincerely hope he goes out on loan this season as I would far rather he was trying to iron the errors out of his game at somebody else's expense this season. I have nothing against the lad but my heart sinks whenever I see him in the lineup - however well he plays he always seems to have it in him to gift the opposition a great goal-scoring chance

Compared to Savic/Savage/Ashcroft/Turner, hes a world beater, missing out on Cahill is a mistake.
