Tried to book through schalke to sit with the prawn sandwich brigade. Got caught. See Email below. I will get into that ground even if it means building a Tom, Dick and harry!!

against Manchester City pertains to an area that will be sold to supporters
of FC Schalke 04 only.
Maybe you will get some tickets over Manchester City if there are still
tickets available.

Mick, tried that one meself before ours went on sale and claimed I was a massive Schalke fan exiled in manchester and when the draw was made "it was like a dream" - ............. and got same reply as you.
You could try the german ebay (go on english - bottom of page- Click german) and type in Schalke Man city - they are on sale there BUT there is a blocker on football tickets - HOWEVER somehow i managed to place a bid and won auction before the blocker was in place - might be worth a try - he who dares and all that.
