I had only ever heard of this as Rock Paper Scissors until recently when I heard it called rochambeau on a tv show.

never heard of this name for it.

I always said ‘Siz, bar, siz bar brick’ . I thought (looking back) I must have got it wrong as the ‘bar’ should have been BAG, as the shapes you made with your hands were either scissors, a brick or a bag.
I’m glad to learn that I said it the correct way for a Mancunian. Muffin ;-)
