I remember when Gerard Houllier had a heart attack when he was the Liverpool manager.
I was on the tram going from Sale into town and a bunch of rags got on at Old Trafford, all singing "Who's had a heart attack!! who Houllier!!" (to the tune of 'who let the dogs out').

It had only happened about 3 hours earlier - they were so pleased with themselves - their lightning wit and originality. Twats.
