Search function on bluemoon not working?

I can't seem to be able to search posts or find my old posts etc

Windows Vista and IE


I get this message: "There has been an error accessing the search server. Please try again in a few minutes."


For two days now.

Any ideas?
Cache and cookies have been cleared and the browser doesn't appear to make a difference.
Any help appreciated.

As posted elsewhere:

The problem is the indexer is still running in the background. We could take the forum down for another 24 hours to speed it up, but obviously that's not ideal. Instead we've temporarily removed the view active topics, view your posts and search functionality to speed up the process.

I was just going to ask about the seach bar when I seen this, as I was going to search for some photoshops,Got to say tho the forum is running very fast atm even on my mobile.

Probably, you'll just have to patient, its not the most important issue at the moment.

Good to see the search functions back, except "View Your Posts" in my case. Shows Damocles has improved the site if it's just me!

View unanswered posts, view active topics, view unread posts and view new posts are all back and working. View your posts and Search won't work at the moment, as the site needs to be indexed again.
