It's ridiculous that we don't have a formal waiting list.

From memory I don'y think getting one is a problem if you only want a single and if you don't have a particular budget. The issue arises if you want a couple or more together or if you want one of the cheaper ones. So yes a list but think it needs to be a bit smarter than a simple list, so those on it get notified when their requirements become available. Speaking of which a search on the matchday tickets planner for seats together would be a step forward too instead of having to open up every block individuallyto try and find them.

didn’t we use to have one in some capacity? I seem to remember at one point you paid for the membership and that gave you “a place” on the waiting list and the deposit was deducted from the seasoncard cost?
