Season card stopped working

Anyone else had a season card stop working. Wouldn't let me in on Saturday. One of them helper folk scanned it and it said unpaid. So another tried and he said its fine and promptly let me in.

It's definitely paid for as its on same dd as ny mothers who got in no problem.

Steward said he'd let mein if it happens tonight but wondered if it had happened to anyone else?

my season card didnt work on saturday, the guy in the blue vest said it had been happening all day, it was coming up on his scanner as a cityzens card, they swiped me in and told me it was a software glitch.

My Card didn't work on Saturday either... Not had a problem all season tbf.
I just went to the Blue vested staff and he scanned me straight in, no qualms or anything.

Might not be related, but I've been getting emails all week asking me to renew my Cityzen's membership, even though I have a season ticket.

My brother's ticket suddenly stopped working a couple of games ago. They sent a new one and that didn't work either.

Apparently there's been a major software glitch or something and a load of tickets have been 're-programmed' from the correct turnstiles to different, incorrect turnstiles. So if you normally go in X, as he does for the second tier of the family stand, it will only be programmed to let him in through W, which is a completely different area of the ground.
