Season Review DVD

Very good stuff. Reminded me we've played some bloody good football this season and scored some cracking goals.

These Videos/DVDs are great to keep for the future. I've got every single one since the 80s that I've collected as I've grown up with the blues(admittedly the 80s and early 90s ones had to be bought off ebay as I didn't start going until 93/94) and even though we're becoming great it's always good to watch back and remember where we've come from, and how so many things have changed over the years.

Got mine through amazon today. Love it apart from the games that that annoying prick commentates on. You know the one that pronounces all the foreign names in a ridiculous foreign accent and calls Yaya, Toure Yaya. Makes my blood boil. Turn the sound down for them, and the rest is ace.

You mean "Vin- san Kom- pan -knee". I know the twat you mean. Very irritating.

I thought his "Toure YAYA" was bad enough but watched the DVD today and what the he'll was he doing on the Chelsea commentary.... "A-neeel-kaa"

Other than that it's great...good to see they have included the parade on the extras.

Listen to him say Malouda and Bilyaletdinov. Infuriating. Bet he was always putting his hand up in French at school going 'Meee! I know the answer! Pleeeease let me answer and show off my accent so you'll all be dead impressed'.

Agreed, I've only got the from 01/02 season to present on DVD, I'm going to buy others (VHS) on eBay and transfer them to DVDs sometime for convenience

Aye, I turn the commentary off for that guy. Cole-a-rov irks me more than Toure Yaya but the absolute worst one is Ber-bat-ov for the semi (does the season review have his commentary for the semi?).

I've got a fewof the old VHS season reviews, but they've got a copy protection on, and won't transfer to dvd.

Really want all of them since when I started going late 80's.

I don't hate him but I could do a better job of the magazine than him, and I wouldn't get 100 facts wrong per issue. It just irks me when someone has a job I know I could do better!:)
