Season ticket deleted from iPhone wallet

Having forgotten about the three dots, I foolishly removed my season ticket from my iPhone Wallet and, when I went to my ticketing account online and tried to download it, I got the message 'Forbidden - two passes already issued'. OK, I'm an idiot, I admit it, but can someone explain exactly what I need to do now?

Help needed - season tickets disappeared from I phone wallet

Hi can anyone advise, I have 3 season tickets on my iPhone Walker, just looked today and 2 of them have disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem and more importantly anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Have you checked the "Expired Passes" at bottom of the wallet?

Looks like contact the club, and they will issue you a new link for download

Do you back up your phone? if you have a recent back-up you could restore that not sue if it would work but a last resort?

Same thing happened to me when I got a new phone. They’ll send you a new link.

Is it coincidence that I have my season ticket disappear from my wallet for no reason. Did what the chap has done earlier in conversation, looking for expired passes , tried to download season ticket again etc but to no avail.
Went done to ticket office, explained it all.
The staff tried to put season ticket on phone but it wouldn’t work.
They did manage to put the tickets on for the Spurs and Feyenoord game.
They did say they will put a tech team onto it. I did get an email but missed it and if you don’t reply within 24 hours they count the case is closed.
I am now waiting for both those games to be played ( Feyenood tonight )! Then I will be down the ground again for the Forest ticket to be put on phone but I don’t want to do this for every game.
In the meantime, where’s my bloody Livarpool ticket !!!!
