I recently was unable to make the Burnley game as I was in Germany that weekend. I rang the club who in turn sent me a link with my ticket on so I could sell it on to another blue. In order for him to use the ticket I had to delete my season ticket from my wallet, I now can't re-download it, I've rang the ticket office who have said they will send me a new link to download it twice, no such email has arrived so I will have to try them again.
Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it.
