Season Ticket - Help!

I recently was unable to make the Burnley game as I was in Germany that weekend. I rang the club who in turn sent me a link with my ticket on so I could sell it on to another blue. In order for him to use the ticket I had to delete my season ticket from my wallet, I now can't re-download it, I've rang the ticket office who have said they will send me a new link to download it twice, no such email has arrived so I will have to try them again.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it.
 
Have you signed in on the official web site ?

Hi sorry to jump on this question but I'm struggling with a ticket transfer issue. I sit with my mum , both SC holders. She has transferred her Arsenal ticket to my account via F & F . Will 2 tickets now show in my wallet for this game? I want to take my lad as a one of so he doesn't have a match day membership. Any help appreciated.

2 tickets should show in your wallet. If they didn’t go into your City account. Go to the tickets area and click on the missing ticket for the Arsenal game. Then chose the download mobile ticket option.

Thank you . They are both in my account now, I am assuming I will be able to download nearer the game. Cheers for responding.
