Season Ticket Loyalty Points

I got 310 loyalty points for my 2008/9 season ticket (initially 190 and then increased to 310 to reflect the true loyalty points for each game I think). Last year I got 190 and it hasn't been increased - is this normal?

Its 190 a year with a 1000 bonus in the first year of your ticket.

I had a long email correspondence with the ticket office over this. You will (or should) get the extra points but they don't give them until the end of the season (which makes sense). However they backdate them to the beginning of the season (which doesn't make sense).

So it looks like you got the points for the previous season when in fact it's for the current season. If they said "Additional points for 2008/9" at the end of the season then it would be clear to everyone.

If you had an accesscard before transfer of them points and the cup scheme if u signed up

erm i dont know...erm i didnt get any extra erm thats not fair, if you give your name ill get my mate in the office to have a look.

Think it was after xmas and some games went to 20 points to lure people in after overspending over the season which were later added for you. This year they haven't needed to do that so it remains 190.

i could be wrong but i think every home league game this season was 10pts so we wont be receiving any extra
