Season ticket: over 60mins wait time on the phone

If you can go to the stadium, don't bother ringing up. Over 60 minute wait time on the phone.

Also states that any season ticket holder that hasn't had their season card by 12 noon today, 'should' get in touch with City.

MODS, can you leave this thread seperate so that people are aware of the wait(over 60 minutes) if they want to or have to contact the ticket office by phone.
