Season ticket payments - refunds/credits due by June 19th

We definitely know we aren't seeing the rest of this season so when are we getting the refund? Still no news from city.
I guess its conceivable that the league could postpone the 2019-20 season, return at some point to finish the season without ending behind closed doors(with season tickets valid for the remaining games).... that being said it will have to be one hell of a delay likely into 2021

The PL have not yet made a definitive decision on how the season ends, they've just put out endless waffle about various options. Once they actually have a vote and make a final decision then refunds can be processed. They have a deadline of 25th May from UEFA so they'll have to put up or shut up fairly soon.

Looks like they are starting to email out on this...received an email just now offering a refund if I want it on the last 6 games...or can carry over to next season. Says refund will credit by 19th June.

City to refund by 19th June, or you can request to carry the credit over to next seasons tickets.

Email below:

Following the Government’s announcement that any return to professional sport will take place behind closed doors and begin no earlier than 1st June, we wanted to provide an update with regards to General Admission Seasoncards and match tickets.

Given the announcement and as we had previously communicated, Seasoncard holders will now be offered a refund equating to the value of the remaining six home Premier League matches. Supporters who had purchased individual match tickets for fixtures including home and away Premier League, or any other Cup fixture, home or away, will also receive a full refund.

In order to provide as much flexibility as possible for our Seasoncard holders, we are also offering an opt in for match credit for the remaining six home Premier League matches which can be carried over to the 2020/21 season.

Should you wish to take up this opt in credit option, please contact either Supporter Services or the Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2) from 9am, Monday 18th May until 5pm, Friday 22nd May 2020.

If Seasoncard holders do not wish to take up the opt in credit option, there is no need to contact us at this time.

We anticipate that all supporters will have received their refund payment by no later than Friday 19th June and thank you for your patience during this time.

We will send further communication detailing the process that we will follow, in the next few days.

The Supporter Services and Access Teams are open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, except for Thursday, when we open from 10am until 5pm. You can also ask a question on our service Twitter account, @ManCityHelp.

Please note that dates for the 2020/21 Seasoncard renewal period remain under review. We will share more information as soon as we are able to do so.

Emails received just now confirming that City are refunding the last 6 home games or you can ring to have a credit for next season (?) instead.

We hope that you and your family are safe and well in what continues to be an uncertain time for everyone.

Yep I got the same, fair play to the club. Are we the first club in the league to do this?
