City make it clear that if you have people in your 'city family group' as opposed to just friends and family then the lead supporter is able to relocate them all.
I found out myself this morning you can do no such thing and as you say had to log in individually to their accounts taking the risk that in the process the seats i was looking to move to had gone. Luckily for me they hadn't but it is definitely a risk.
I’m 100% sure my son already is in “City family group “ as he has a star after his name, so indeed still does not allow me to move two seats at once. I’m not taking a risk and decided to stay put !

I think though not 100 % is the way it should work is you can only move one at a time but you move them into your basket to then check them both out at once as opposed to selecting multiple to move at the same time.
From my account however I moved mine to the basket however my two friends who are part of my city group with stars next to their name when you select them to relocate and then click on the new seat it errors so clearly its not working as city led us to believe it would
 
2 hours 56 mins on hold to be told my lad can't relocate as they are taken,well they fucking are not,lying cunts,I should know.I sit there,fucking hospitality seats,must be.

I asked him do the club own them,to see what he said,he said no,again fucking lying.

So i tried to the right of me as again,I know a father and son deferred and have decided they are not renewing again now,so they are free as well.

I've held off for a few seasons,but thought every other around me are all sat with their families week in week out,relocating at start of a new season,but comes to my turn to ask and get rebuffed.

They are turning this club,by the day,can't relocate a bastard seat to a row in front,they'd sooner sting the fuck out of a couple of half and half scarf wearing wankers than look after their own,absolutely fuming,if you hadn't guessed.

@Prestwich_Blue how do we go on here really,anything you can look into for me,because I'm losing patience with the inept wankers now.

Just completed the re-location after having to download another browser to complete.
Utter shambles City.
 
Incredible. Been looking to move my dad closer to ours for ages.

Got the relocation email, signed in to his account and saw the seat right next to us was available.

Result!
It’s bizarre how it falls for you sometimes, I was relocating last year and was desperate to get my mate’s 2 tickets near to where me and my lad were moving to in 211. Spent all day refreshing and fuck all anywhere near, gave up. Just before going to bed just tried one last time and lo and behold never mind same block it’s actually the 2 seats directly behind mine were available so we literally have 4 in a square. Madness.
 
Drama… I moved my own easy enough I had clicked both tickets.. but only mine moved shat my pants .. logged out and back in the one next to mine was still showing available so clicked it got error message.. kept doing this whilst on hold.. got through sorted in seconds (after being on hold for about 30 mins) anyway back in 106 you lucky bastards!!
 
Has anyone else had a renewal email that states monthly payments will be taken from July to May which would be eleven payments not the ten it should be?
 
The only option I get is other areas of 93:20, tried Safari, Edge and Chrome on phone and laptop, but same thing and get “area locked” if I try clicking on any other section. This is fookin’ annoying. Lord only knows how long queue on the phone will take. Shambles. Any advice?

Don’t bother, had same issue, was on phone for 3 hours and no idea how to sort it. Unless you want to do it on phone. Shambles.

So funnily enough just got through (less than 15mins) told that if you’re in 93:20 they have to cancel that (why you can’t do it online) and then you can relocate to another area. Try calling again bud and you may get someone more useful.

My sons are Citizens but if I log in as them there is no option to buy a season ticket. Can I do that yet? If so, how?
