I can see why they do it, it was human error and unfortunately to get it sorted we need to sort it out by getting a piece of paper. It's just the attitude sometimes that annoys me.
I've had it where the payment bounced for a cup scheme and my seasoncard for a premier league game was temporary suspended because of it, then I was spoke to like a piece of shit because unfortunately the day they tried to take the money out was a few days before payday and I couldn't do anything about it, one reason why I'm reluctant to sign up for cup scheme this season.
I too am Registered Disabled. All I have to do each season is produce an upto date record from DWP,confirming I am still on the high rate of Disablity.
No problems for me and they even accept e-mails with an attachment of the DWP paperwork.

good to know because my sons birthday is the 1st of august when this year he will be 15, but obviously the ticket office say i have got it wrong he is 16?kramer said:daveduke67 said:Man Citizens. said:Opposite experience for me. Im now 21 so expected to pay adult price because i turn 22 during next season. Guy at the ticket office says no you have 1 more year at 18-21 price so saved £140.
Happy days.
That's always been the case. You pay for the age bracket you are in at the start of the season. Not the case with away tickets (not sure about home cup games?) though - you'll pay the adult price after your birthday - so get cash rather than presents ;-)
For ST and Cup Scheme tickets Its the age your are as of 1 August and the age range is inclusive so if on the qualifying date you are 21 then you pay that age range even if you are 22 on 2 August As regards proof of age then there has always been a requirement to produce this
pleased for the pair of you?South Stander said:becoming paranoid said:I went down this morning to renew my season card and was treated most courteously and very helpful with no hitches or problems whatsoever.
In fact I have never had any problems at the ticket office upstairs or outside one.
I have found out through life though that if you approach anyone with an aggressive manner you have a very good chance of getting the same attitude back.
Plus 0ne :)
no why should i put 94 instead of 96, and if i did put 94 why did they not charge me the extra last year? as it starts as from the 1st of august? all i am trying to do is make people aware to take id,s birth certificates etc so they won,t be sent away then have to come back the same or later day like i had to, i don,t want other blues wasting their time or having to take more time off work if they don,t need too, if i am handing over nearly £800 then i least expect some civilityBluemoon Bad Boy said:For the OP 5 years ago when he got his first season ticket is it possible the wrong year was entered on the form?. Understand your anger but it is also possible it's your mistake not the ticket offices
