season ticket warning

I am going to renew 3 tickets on Thursday costing around £1,600
This is a substantial outlay and a few years ago I did complain that I queued for 20 minutes in the pouring rain to be then given the 'favour' by a completley disinterested member of staff of handing my money over to them.
I know when I am spending that amount of money on anything in a store that they at least appear grateful for your business!!
Seems we have gone down the rags route earlier than expected with our level of season cards based on your ability to pay and the take it or leave it attitude of certain members of staff.
I have put these comments on all of the club surveys sent to me in the past and the response has been underwhelming.
Will I stop going .......no!

That people are much, much more likely to report instances of poor customer service.
