I am still getting the error when trying to add to wallet. Phoned up City today & waited 35 minutes. The girl on the phone sent me a link by text & by email. I didn't receive the email link & the text was sent as a voicemail to my home number.
Getting to the point of sacking off my seasoncard as I've now got to go through the process again.
