Expect more empty seats next season thenI guess he will make his decision when a solicitors letter drops if he doesn't make the one they want voluntarily.

Whats the diference with that site and selling on here?Probably should go in a thread on its own but here's a message posted on that Facebook ticket selling site.
I've recently had a meeting with Manchester City about my Group...and unfortunately they want me to close it down along with any other Facebook/Twitter ticket groups as we are not an official/verified ticket site, also due to security reasons and safety of fans..I'm in 2 minds what to do as I don't want to step on my clubs toes as I've been going since I can remember...on the other hand I only want to give people the chance who can't afford £58 for a game when they can pick up a season ticket for £20/£30 depending on the game and get the season ticket holder the money rather than in credit of next years season ticket that has gone up by 5% this season already meaning you wouldn't be better of! My aim is to not have city as an enemy but to fill empty seats that's it!!...I will give my decision before the start of the season...hopefully not come to that... thanks again for everybody making this group as popular as it is

Wonder if City want to stop tickets being sold on here

None. The re-sale of football tickets is a criminal offence unless done with the authority of the club. Doesn't matter that it's at face value or even less than face value if the season ticket is sold pro-rata and the match-day price is higher. Doesn't even matter if you give it away for nothing. It's illegal and no matter how much Daz Clarke may believe he's doing a service to City fans, even though he's not profiting from it his Facebook page is essentially a criminal enterprise.Whats the diference with that site and selling on here?
I think the selling of all match tickets today proves what I was saying, it is just sales strategy but some lap it up.
But I suppose you are the type who gets a good discount on windows and kitchens by agreeing to be a "show home", just as the season tickets "sold out" and you had to be on a exclusive "waiting list".

Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 makes it an offence to tout tickets for football matches by creating the following offence for an unauthorised person to:
- Sell a ticket for a designated football match or
- Otherwise to dispose of such a ticket to another person
Now I'm not saying that's a good thing but it is the law.
But there are many "aproved" ticket agencies where you can get a ticket for any game in the home or away end at many times face value .doesnt make sense to meNone. Daz Clarke is doing no more wrong than this site is in terms of selling tickets.
I think he doing a good service .someone cant make the game .but someone else can .the someone who can will get the ticket face value or less it a no brainer to me unless you a ticket agency who is allowed to sell the same ticket for a fortuneDaz Clarke is doing no more wrong than this site is in terms of selling tickets.
Exactly. Even the fact that Bluemoon is facilitating the sale of tickets renders it illegal.Daz Clarke is doing no more wrong than this site is in terms of selling tickets.
