Season Tickets - the shape of things to come

Just to add a bit of balance here regarding the 14 game policy. My old dear has a season ticket in SL3. She suffers with some quite serious mental health issues which can lead to months on end of hospitalisation.
I emailed the club this year as she has missed quite a few and the disability access team were absoluteley brilliant. They have waived the 14 game policy for my old dear as she was worried about it. I know there are lots of issues around ticket prices etc but the club have again shown their humility towards my old dear.

Sounds awful mate, i'm glad our club were sympathetic.

You understand it wrong I think.

I don’t know anything about CitC but I do know a ticket is counted as “used” if you list it on the exchange or you transfer it.

There’s no limit on the number of times you can transfer, so you can never go to a single match and still abide by their 14 game policy.
The Ts&Cs below suggest a combination of anything. I always understood there was a limit to the number of times you could use the ticket exchange but it looks as though anything goes as long as you don't 'waste' the match ticket.

4.11. Save for Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members (who are instead subject to clause 4.12), Season TicketMembers must use their Season Ticket for 14 or more Premier League Matches. Use of a Season Ticketincludes either:(a) personally attending a Premier League Match; or(b) listing their Season Ticket on the Ticket Exchange (in accordance with the Ticket Exchange T&Cs); or(c) transferring their Season Ticket to a member of their City Family Group; or(d) donating the cost of their Season Ticket to the Club’s official charity, ‘City in the Community’ (for upto a maximum of 12 Premier League Matches). For the avoidance of doubt, a combination of 4.11(a), (b), (c) and/or (d) is permitted in compliance withthis clause (for example only, a member may personally attend 11 Premier League Matches, and list theirSeason Ticket on the Ticket Exchange for 3 Premier League Matches).
