Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Print at Home Tickets

Well I went through the motions of printing it but I never got a choice of where to print it... It's gone nowhere - LOL!

E-mail now received advising my ticket can be downloaded & printed!!!!!

Update - You then get an email from City with a PDF ticket! Print it on paper or email to friend to print and use!

RESULT!!

MESSAGE TO SUPPORTERS

We extremely sorry that our loyal supporters have endured several days of frustration and dissatisfaction in encountering problems in obtaining their tickets for upcoming games, in particular versus Norwich City. We are urgently endeavouring to resolve the current IT systems issues, however, our efforts seem in vain and our IT advisors are very pessimistic about a positive outcome before Saturday.
We do apologise sincerely for the inconvenience to thousands of you, and, in view of the ongoing ticketing issues we are going to terminate the proposed system and it's designers.
On Saturday, tickets will be available in paper form from a hand cart positioned in the car park by the admin block, this will be personally staffed by the three of us.

Check your email that’s where my printed ticket arrived. It’s confusing when it says printed what it should say it’s been sent to your email to download and then print
 
My mother in law who is in her 70s gets two tickets as she has a carer, anyway she has had the email and has only been sent one ticket. What an utter shambles as she managed to get through to the ticket office a couple of days ago and was promised when she got the email it would be for two tickets.

You need to do them Separate tick each box one at a time click print then that should be sent to your email to print them click other box ( carer) and do above again

If you chose PAH go to your account now and you are able to print. When it says printing completed go check your email and it should be therefore you to download and then print
 
Can I use PAH as a back up? So I’ve downloaded the mobile ticket to my phone and I expect to use that. However can I also print my ticket as a safety net in case I lose my phone or it breaks?

I've signed in and nothing. Just says details and the three Norwich tickets with a box option. Requested print at home last week but nothing on my platform to help me select it?
