No I haven't selected digital option.
Talked a technophobe friend through this yesterday. Go into your account, select 'My Ticketing Account' and select the 'Tickets' tab, which should be the second one after 'Welcome'. You should have the Arsenal ticket there.I got my email to print at home today but it doesn't let me print. I had to phone up to PAH last match and looks like am phoning them again Several hours of my life wasted AGAIN CTID
Yes including the free Cityzens membership thst takes a few minutes to sort.Does friends and family have to have a citizen membership o can I add any family member ? Thanks.
They have to have a supporters number so have to register. They don’t need to buy Citizen membership.Does friends and family have to have a citizen membership o can I add any family member ? Thanks.

Hi TimTalked a technophobe friend through this yesterday. Go into your account, select 'My Ticketing Account' and select the 'Tickets' tab, which should be the second one after 'Welcome'. You should have the Arsenal ticket there.
Select the check box on the left, which should then have a tick in it. The 'Print Ticket' option, which was greyed out, should now be available. Pick that, select the check box again and hit 'OK' below it.
Another box comes up, hit 'OK' again and you should get the message 'Printed Successfully'. A few minutes later you should get an email with the ticket attached as a PDF.

Having exactly the same issue. The print function does not send the email and the transfer to a wallet is greyed out, so it does not work. Man City need to sort out their IT system it’s becoming a joke.Hi Tim
I am with all the way following your instructions, however when I tick the box there is still no "print icket " option displayed.

You said you didn't choose the digital option but I'm wondering if you chose any option. You had to request PAH specifically before the start of the season and it lasts the whole season. You should have had an email confirming it as your chosen option.Hi Tim

i still dont get the big drama. you just hold the phone to the reader whats so difficult? That may well have been us if Norwich game had been midweek, with few having the option of arriving 3 hours early.
With full knowledge of the location of the NFC chip in your phone, and the Google Pay app open, you hold the phone to the reader and nothing happens. After you've done that 3 or 4 times holding the phone at different angles you give up and display the barcode / QR code which you insert into the reader and get a green light.i still dont get the big drama. you just hold the phone to the reader whats so difficult?
I now know the reason our tickets did not work. When I originally pressed the print button I did not know that I would receive my ticket in an e-mail, so repeated the process again and pressed the print option for a second time. If you do it more than once you will get a second email and so on with the latest ticket attached, but the first or previous emailed ticket's will be cancelled. So you must always print the ticket in the latest email. My 78 year old mum's print at home ticket didn't work either, she had to wait and someone in charge finally got her in using their plastic card. Please post any response you get from city, she's already worrying about the next match.
Prestwich blue Many thanks for the great advice regards PAH tickets for my grandson. We now have both our tickets although city sent the print link to a different family member. Who then emailed it to me.You said you didn't choose the digital option but I'm wondering if you chose any option. If you had that email but still can't print, or if you definitely selected PAH & didn't have the email, then you'll need to speak to Supporter Services (and good luck with that).
Glad you got sorted out. Plenty of emails in my City Matters inbox from people who still have serious issues.Prestwich blue Many thanks for the great advice regards PAH tickets for my grandson.
