It won't just add to your Google pay. You should receive an email where you download it in to your Google pay. Ask your mate to try transferring it again.

I didn't receive an email from Google pay. My mate says there's nothing further he can do. Unless he tries ringing tfe club and getting in the queue. I was position 52 this morning so i hung up. I cannot be bothered suffering the incompetence of supporter services on them not answering the phone. No fuckin' wonder we have empty seats dotted around the stadium! Gone beyond the joke now. There was a time when you could get through without much hassle and actually be met by a friendly and helpful voice, not nowadays!

Your mate will click transfer ticket to Your supporter number.
City will then email you with the title "Man City: Your Mobile Ticket is ready to download" in that email you click G Pay and then the ticket will Download to your wallet.

I managed to get through to the club on the phone. I gave them my mate's supporter number and my own to get through security. Now i have a ticket, it seems ?You won't receive an Email from Google pay.
Your mate will click transfer ticket to Your supporter number.
City will then email you with the title "Man City: Your Mobile Ticket is ready to download" in that email you click G Pay and then the ticket will Download to your wallet.
However, it won't download to my Google pay wallet so I'll have to blag the chief steward on the turnstile.
I'm gonna raise the decibels a little tonight in order to beat these Yorkshire twats.

of course the season ticket money comes out like clockwork - shame they couldn't stick to a 45 day + 5-7 working days agreement

@Prestwich_Blue just to confirm, nothing received for Burnley or CP on ticket exchange. Both way overdue. Good luck with the club today mate. Best in the world on the pitch, absolutely woeful in terms of Supporter Services. As Alanis once sang, ’Isn’t it ironic’.
The other issue is tickets are sold, then for some reason the clubs allow them to be cancelled and relisted very close to the game being played.
The club denies this and apologies for confusing us. Hover they are indicated as sold on the exchange part of the site, on the tickets part of your account and the confirmation email comes eventually.
Once the club informs you they have been sold it is very poor that they relist them for whatever reason, maybe buyers have cancelled when the club reduces the price of its own tickets, or COVID etc, but if the club allows cancellations against its own terms in the last week of sale then the club shouldn't pass the liability back to the season ticket holder denying they were ever sold.

No we would have had the BACS payment now and they won't bay at weekend, so the earliest possible for a BACS run is now Monday.Was that another email mate?
There has been nothing from the club, my guess is "3rd Party Software Provider" is blamed.

We were assured that the technical issue had been resolved & the payment file was sent for processing yesterday. Payments for Burnley should be in peoples' accounts by the end of next week.
