Seasoncard - 2021/22

No longer have seasoncards. Bought the matchday membership which allows buy 6 tickets. Got 3 for Everton. Mobile tickets, what’s the crack with them? Is it like going to the cinema buying the tickets online. Can I pass the scan code for the other 2 tickets to my fellow match goers to scan themselves in?
 
anyone have the link to create membership/supporter numbers to be able to transfer tickets to...

you can do this without signing up to the £35 scheme correct?

Yes you can. Go onto city’s website. Press the log in bit (log out if it logs you in automatically) Instead of log in, press register. And complete the form.
 
Hi, I thought my ticket transfer fir Burnley game had worked, but seems like it hasn’t . It’s showing as having been moved to one of the Friends & Family but he can’t transfer it to his iwallet nor print it. Neither of us seem to have had email confirmation either though initially the transfer ‘seemed’ to have worked. Trying to sort it out with City at the moment.

We’ve had no email confirmation either. It’s showing as having been moved on the account.
 
So
Perhaps a stupid question on my part....but has anyone else NOT been charged for their season ticket.

I've had none of the normal emails or texts saying payment hasn't gone through and my bank have confirmed the DD is set up but they have not requested any payments (Club have confirmed this) but they have taken money for the cup schemes from card without issues. (i know DD and card auths are different)

Despite me calling them 4 times and being promised a call back they still haven't taken any money from me? (also 6 emails and 20+ tweets, no response)
I have to award Manchester City with the "Trolling your Customers 2021" award.

I finally got a reply to a tweet, after 22 or 23 attempts (+6 emails and tons of phone calls) - the twit on twitter advised me to email them.

I emailed them, they replied (quite quickly) that they need me to confirm security details to discuss my direct debit - the email clearly states "please confirmthe following details so we can discuss your account and direct debit"

I sent them my security details - they thanked me for confirming my security details and then said.....

"We cannot discuss with a direct debit query over email, please come to the stadium ticket office situated in the North Stand"

So.....why did the twits on Twitter say I should email, then the email team ask for security to discuss the query before saying they cant handle the bleedin query.....utterly useless morons!!!!
 
Have you had confirmation at all? I’ve transferred my sons Burnley ticket to a family member and neither have had confirmation of any kind.
Yeh got an email almost immediately. However I did have to hit the Transfer button a few times for,it to go through!!

They're probably emptying your bank account behind your back

Alas after weeks and weeks of trying to contact Man City to tell them they havent taken any payments - they finally contacted me....

They advised I had cancelled the direct debit - which is bull___ - my bank have told me that the DD is still active and no funds have been requested.

They then advised me that if I dont pay by Monday I'll have my season card cancelled - despite me calling them, tweeting them and emailing them non stop since the start of the season
 
Question, as can’t see it anywhere on City website (no surprises…), but how do you upgrade a ticket from junior to adult so it can be transferred?
