Ive tweeted Supporter Services im almost certain the seats im after will be gone by the time they bother getting back to me though, ill let you know if they reply

This might be worth a try: When I was renewing I got an error message (several other posters got the same) but I noticed an item was showing in my basket at the top right of the screen. When I clicked on that I was able to complete.

After trying all morning I was finally told I can’t move my lads seat online because we pay by DD, his SC is on my account but I can’t do f*ck all with it, has to be done over the phone.

Cheers MoonDog, I pay mine by direct debit but pay the kids ticket off in one go, I had to add it to my dads (he pays his in one go aswell) City Family account and do it from there.
Ended up giving up, texting my son the potential seat, and he booked himself. Was difficult cos he was teaching, or supposed to be.
Now we are within 3 seats of each other, first time in 8 years
I gave up as well!

Same here, been trying for ages now.
I just rang up mate when it did that. Took me no longer than 5 mins to sort it.
