Their tickets went on sale last Thursday to season ticket holders, who could buy 1 ticket each.
Their next window is for members, this Thursday and go on general sale on Friday.
They will receive their tickets on April 19th.
All that's on their website

Presumably any who are saying they've got their tickets mean they've bought them but not necessarily physically received them.

I suppose them charging a booking fee in this instance isn't THAT bad as they'd have nothing set up either internally or with agency telephone operators to deal with this volume of tickets to shift in such a sort timespan.

Sheff Utd dropped a bollock on day one of their sales window last Thursday where it allowed season ticket holders book up to 4 tickets even though it was supposed to only allow 1.

Took them a few hours to realise and amend.
