Just had my heart ripped out and stamped on by my (ex) girlfriend of nearly 4 years.

Completely out of the blue I pick her up from work and half way home I ask her whats up and she tells me she's been thinking recentley and doesnt think we should be together anymore.

The whole it's not you it's me I just dont feel the same anymore thing.

I'm fucking devastated my worlds just fell down around me.

4 years we've been together and we always spent alot of time together, I don't know what i'm gunna do with myself I really don't.

Not got a clue what to do now I really havent...
