Send off for Toure and Zabaleta?

The club don't know for sure, Milner was on the retained list when he went to Liverpool.

Agree.

The only way he goes this summer is if we have a top drawer midfield replacement lined up and for me, priorities will be elsewhere.

i'd give him a years deal no problem.
 
Yaya is still good enough for another year. Perhaps I am in the minority, but I believe he's one of the best players we have ever had.

A player like that who can come in and run a game ?

I also don't really understand the "offer him much lower wages for a year" piece that was being spun out last week by the media, surely to god if we can get him to agree to stay for a year then who gives a fuck what he's being paid.

To be honest at times he could have been the best player on the planet & at times i have been gobsmacked how brilliant he has been other timesi thought what a lazy fu*ker .but we would not have won our trophies without him
 
I emailed the club last week to ask if they were doing the 'lap of honour' today or Tuesday because of Zaba probably going & am still awaiting a response!!

Zaba & Toure need a good send off, along with any other players who are going!
 
Wouldn't be opposed to Toure signing a one year deal knowing he isn't a guaranteed starter, as many other posters have noted. I also thought it was interesting that City Watch tweet that I believe was quoting Sam Lee from Goal saying Zaba and Sagna will be leaving, Willy and Clichy are not expected to have deals, and Tosin and Navas have offers. Toure wasn't mentioned, didn't know why or why not.

Not sure, but the team being called back by Vinny to the centre circle and waving felt a bit like the 'lap of honour'.
