I think if others were consistantly chipping in with goals we would not be even debating this.

I would guess that if the club were to do a list of player they want out of the club then Sergio would be in the bottom 3. Its not just his goals that make him a huge asset its his marketability as well.

Yup.

And he's pretty much a good guy. Doesn't stir up trouble. And seems to take criticism on board.

Sergio is here until he semi-retires back to Argentina I think - and while he's here, I think he'll be killing it for us.

I dont know about what others think but i get the impression that Aguero is on his way out.I believe he has been one of the greatest players we have ever had but I sense something does does not suit Peps style. I can see Aguero out and Greizman in.
I'd rather see him join Aguero.

Sergio Agüero: "For the moment, I'm fine at Manchester City, and when I leave it will be to return to Independiente."
Sergio Agüero: "How long has it been rumoured about (going to) Real Madrid? I'm very happy at City and more so now with Pep here."

What I love about him is not only does he usually get the breakthrough goals to set us up for a win but also how he always puts our mind at rest when the press are playing silly beggars, he gives them nothing to work with to keep their stories going. :)

I would say I want him to stick around after he retires but he wants to go back to Argentina his homeland where they have something called sunshine and they will worship him just as much as us, let him do whatever makes him happy. Hope we do him a testimonial match, even though it's more for the fans than it is for the player, we need to say goodbye properly when the time comes.

"After the game with Paraguay, I was emotionally very bad. Guardiola helped me a lot, he told me to try not to pay so much attention to what is said. He makes me focus on winning."

"This month I've been thinking very positively. In the last few weeks my head has changed a lot."

Most important parts of the interview IMO, we already knew the rest.

Reassuring quotes from Aguero, although I'm sure the press will continue to link him with Madrid regardless.

Glad he's not in the starting line-up to face Brazil tbh.
