Serious assault on an elderly Blue

I saw it all happen. Tried to step in but all happened too quickly.

There was one lad in particular who took a really cheap shot and knocked the old man out. I chased him down the road, got a photo of him and roughed him up before the police came and arrested him.

Well done, I've seen a picture of him, he was never going to blend into the crowd in that outfit was he? A typical little shitehouse that you just know is a wrong un just by looking at him. I hope the old bill check his hard drive. An utter coward too, the sort who bullies women and blindsides pensioners. I'd take the old guy he hit to batter him on a one on one.

Well another one of the idiots was his dad. His dad was the main one instigating all the trouble! So the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!

Spot on with that. You unfortunately encounter such pond life on planes and on holiday, whole families of scumbags, even the kids. It's generational learned behaviour, the kids grow up thinking it's normal.

Think I must’ve seen the aftermath of this. We get a Bullocks coach on Ashton New Rd outside the South Stand, and there was a bit of bit of a delay leaving today. As we eventually moved forward, I saw that the coach in front had its front windscreen smashed and there were a few Blues arguing with the police. Saw a grey haired guy, probably in his 50s, with blood on his head talking to a copper. Assumed someone had put a brick through the windscreen, but that sounds nasty if it was his head that caused it. Assuming it was the same guy then at least he looked OK from what I could see.

Seemed pretty feisty outside the ground, and my son said it’d kicked off in the Family Stand too when Leeds scored. Couple of Leeds fans were ejected but giving it out and pushing people on their way out, and got filled in by a few Blues on the concourse.

I was on the 216 crawling in traffic on that road and the police jumped out of a parked van and ran over to a fight, dragging some lads back under arrest.
On high risk games like this they need to either keep them in after the game or bus them back to the station or something.

Took my 6 year old game today and I sit in SSL3, usually get train on my own from Picc to preston. My old man has a car park pass in orange car park, so I used it today. Had to walk back onto main road and back upto car park, past the Leeds lot, chucked son on my shoulders.... and not changed my opinion of them.

Watched City since early 90's, aways started in mid 90's, so never saw 80's/70's Leeds that a lot on here could account for.. but from what I've seen, absolute little scrotes with the occasional bald idiot thrown in. Embarrassing and try to keep themselves relevant by causing trouble wherever possible.

Well done maté hopefully the shithouse bastard will receive a custodial sentence.

Almost bound to have been involved you'd think. Becoming more and more of a problem in society and obvious at matches. Definitely an issue when you've got people in crowds off their heads and it has a very different impact to alcohol.

Well done to the blues involved in getting the guy who did this. He is clearly a scumbag and not the brightest given his attempt to blend in wearing that clobber. Not exactly hard to find after assaulting someone.

Wishing the blue who was attacked a full and speedy recovery.

Wishing Leeds United relegation.

They were walking around the stadium beforehand getting in the faces of blues with families.

2 of them got their comeuppance at Entrance Y after trying it on with what turned out to be a very handy blue.
Posted about this in different thread. Two groups of about a dozen each, all appeared to be pissed and very gobby, walking round the ground giving it large. As I entered the ground big roar goes up from the fans on the spiral. Spoke to a guy who said one blue sparked out two of them. One guy in black could barely stand up. Not even sure why they were walking towards City Square as most away fans are stopped at the entrance and diverted round ANR.

Leeds have always been c*nts. When they played Bradford City at the Odsal stadium not long after the Valley Parade fire, they set a chip van alight inside the ground and rolled it towards the Bradford fans.
Watching the game yesterday, every time City were attacking in the first half, you could see most of them in their corner were not even watching the game because they were too busy goading the City fans.

RE: His dad / brother / uncle / cousin (all the same person) being with him. There was a father and son combo near me when I was in East London. The son would act like he owned the world and the dad would weigh in on whoever reacted. Utter scum of the highest order.

An ex-ICF guy caught the son on his own one time after he’d robbed him. I shouldn’t laugh but he gave him the hiding of his life and then the gaffer barred the son. Neither seen again.
