Sessegnon

Really looked the part in the 2 games against us last season, but not sure the owners want to get older squad-wise. I would add, I think as a player he would fit better into "our" way of doing things though.
 
Quality player, always thought of him as better through the middle with freedom rather than wide. Guess Sunderland would want a decent fee for him too.
 
Better than Moses, Sinclair and co. Fits a wider range of attacking options.



Yes please. I'll drive AJ over there. Perhaps we will buy Sinclair and Sess?
 
I'm not keen if it involves AJ, but Sessegnon was the best visiting player at the Etihad last season, but where would he fit in our team?

It's OK being linked with quality players but you have to look at what you have, and how they'd fit in and I don't really see what he would add that Nasri, Silva, Tevez can't.

I got an e-mail from a Sunderland fan I work with and it's a rumour at their end. He's not been playing in pre-season for them and MON has voiced concerns that they may not be able to keep him. Probably just baseless rumour 2+2 = 5 etc
 
Really impressed me last season. Doubt we're in for him though, no need for a player in his position.

I hope this comes off, my mate rates him very very highly, says he's nearly as good as he was lol!!
 
If all these rumors of AJ going are true, as others have said, my only worry about sessegnon is he's a bit old for our usually signings but he is a fantastic player, I'd much rather have sessegnon than sinclair, even with the age gap. Could be great backup/rotation with silva and nasri, I think people sometimes forget how knackered silva got last season.
