Fucking woeful once again, at both ends of the pitch.

Just don't understand why we are generally so bad at them? We invariably hit the front man with our corners and seem to be able to always allow the opposition loads of room when we defend them.

Really frustrates me.

I must admit I've noticed the throw-ins more. We never seem to mark anyone at a throwing and the ball goes straight to an unmarked oppo, whereas when it's our throw, the opposition are right up our arses. We might as well concede at the start that the opposition has all the throw-ins.

Got so frustrated and pissed off today with the amount of times we gave away a needless free kick on the edge of our box. It cost us a goal at Villa and at home against the Rags and we don't seem to have stopped doing it. Thought Webb was far too keen to give them a decision every time they went down barring the Hazard dive in the penalty area which he should have been carded for but still we gave away far too many free kicks and possession of the ball.

Maybe better off declining corners and lining up for the opposition to take a goal kick we are that bad at them

Navas was putting in some good corners in the early games but he ain't on the pitch much these days. Agreed Silva is fantastic but terrible at taking corners.

Your wrong, our tactic is to put every corner near post. It's not the corner takes fault if they know what were doing.
What? We've often got nobody at the near post anyway. Who the hell is the corner taker aiming for?
