Dublin to Seville first thing Tuesday
Seville to Barcelona First thing Weds then
Barcelona to Dublin back by 12.30pm
All 3 flight £74 Ryanair
Now just need a couple of match tickets sorting!

Struggling for trains from Madrid for this, as don't really want to be shelling out close to sixty quid for them. How did some manage to get it for cheaper?

Depending when you arrive in Madrid you can get the 12pm train from Madrid on the 3/11 for £17.50 and return the next day for £22.

Does anyone know the nearest beach resort? Appreciate Seville is inland. Don't mind catching the train and staying overnight in Seville. Thanks.

Either Malaga or Huelva. You can get the train from Sevilla Santa Justa to Huelva and I think it's less than an hour and probably around €25. Not sure how much it would be to Malaga but probably not too much. Madrid to Seville cost me around €70 so it will cheaper than that. If you book in advance through Renfe (their rail network) you might save a few bob too.

The trains put ours to shame. I've just trained it from Madrid to Barcelona today and they had a film on (in English) and gave out headphones to everyone. Loads of room and really comfy and cool.

I was in Seville on Saturday. It's the most amazing city I've ever been to. It's beautiful. It was also 41 degrees but will be cooler in November. I'd honestly recommend just staying in Seville because it is superb.

They have a tram system which you can use to get about and the buses are straight forward too...as is flagging down a cab. It's just class mate

Yes mate.

Outside the station, there is a bus stop by the main round. Catch the number 21 into the centre. Or you can Google map your way in by foot. Only takes 15-20 minutes on foot.

Atletico are at home the same time we play Seville, could be lively in Madrid for those of us travelling via there

Madrid is so big you won't even notice it. And the Calderon isn't really too central anyway. It will be fine.

I'm staying at the NH Madrid Atocha hotel mate, and the Novotel Sevilla Marques del Nervion which is right near Seville's stadium.

I've just stayed in the NH Principe De Vergara in Madrid. Really nice hotels mate.

It's actually Real Madrid who play PSG at home on the Tuesday. The day we play Sevilla

Staying in Torremolinos Sunday the 1st till Friday the 6th at the Marconfort Beach Club Hotel, will be jumping on one of Mac's coach's on the day of the game. Can't bloody wait!

5 of us going from Birmingham to Malaga £90 return mon-thrs. Train from Malaga to Seville approx £50 return. 2 nights in Seville & weds night back in Malaga.
Hotels to book but still plenty of choice. Seville is a great city.

Just get into the back streets for cheaper drink and tapas.i have never had any trouble with the locals while out and about enjoying the sights
