Shamima Begum

Are you the forum's visiting professor of law?

Article 15 of the 1948 universal Declaration of Human Rights. " Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality"

she still has a nationality that she's already chosen so the above does not apply

Good grief. Is that all you have?
And here I was thinking you were an intelligent man.
Poor judgement on my part, no need to apologise, you've just shown your level.
No. There’s loads to say, but it’s not worth conversing with you any further.

Thanks for the chat. No doubt we’ll chat again when the inevitable happens and she returns here to be tried, like grown up countries do.

Until then, bask in the final couple of years of our utterly shite government.

Over and out,

Lol, yeah, I’m a huge terrorist sympathiser. So much so that I want her to return home and face trial for her antics.
From the statements you have made I have no reason not to believe you.

Further when you describe terrorist organization members actions as "antics" just says everything about what your viewpoint of terrorists is.

Do you really believe that, or have you misinterpreted my posts?

All I want is for her to be tried for her antics/crimes (add whatever extra word that you want here), like all other countries do to abide by international law.

Citation? She never made a choice.

So there are three parties to the dispute (in general, not the legal hearings in the UK)

The UK

Begum

Bangladesh

Two of the three claim she was never a dual national or a citizen of Bangladesh and never made an application.

It’s at least in dispute, if it wasn’t it wouldn't be subject to current legal proceedings.
