Very pleased with Shauny when he got on the pitch today. He worked hard, closed down, won a few balls and generally created space that wasn't there before. I hope he's managed to put his injuries behind him and has the chance to shine under Mancini now.

yeh, swp will always give 100%. he always gets back, and is always a threat going forward. any defence must hate playing against him, not like a couple off other players on are team

Don't get me wrong, i'm not anti - Petrov, as he's done well since he's come back, but i think SWP and Bellamy operating on both flanks are our best option, as would give most teams a headache, and both players are prepared to put in a shift and get back and do a bit of defending.

epitomises everything that is good with city...........

Robinho emphasises everything that is bad

ying & yang anyone............

we're about to see something special i think, with shauny on the right, bellamy on the left, and tevez through the middle behind the striker, they really are going to cause teams big big problems.I know they've played together before, but a fully fit shauny has never played with a fully fit (and confident) tevez. the speed, work rate, skill, and pure will to win really could make us the most dangerous team in the land and all the world. i just hope we dont have any more performances like tonight.
