We have only one attacking option to bring on as sub. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me...

It would have been nice to see Delap there.

Good lineup - still don't understand why pep gave up on the idea of at least having 1 natural striker (delap) on the bench.

Watched Delap last night in the youth team and in the two first team games he's played in. He's miles away from the first team at the moment.

Three defenders and three midfielders on the bench. Not much good if we are chasing a goal. ( god forbid)

Just shows how thin of the ground we are on out and out strikers, we really only have Sergio as Jesus is a different sort of player. Really think we should have Delap in the squad at the moment

If you are a qualified sports scientist I would value you opinion, other than that you don’t have a clue about how elite athletes have to be managed

The amount of muscle injuries and strains we have suffered over the last few weeks gives you confidence in our qualified sports scientists ? We have had a minimum of at least six players unavailable for every game this season.

The state of some of the reactions on here! Haha! Right now it's a juggling act to keep players fit as the games come thick and fast, that means players will be benched in order to optimise their usefulness as the season goes on.
Foden leaves everything on the pitch everytime he plays and I'd imagine that plays a part in how often he starts atm.
People banging on about his age meaning he can play 3 ties a week everyweek are off their heads.
