I think Derby and someone else, Reading maybe, face a similar penalty for the same scamYeah the owner sold it to himself in effect for £60m, they looked bang to rights. The 12 point fine is probably about right, although some would want it applied to this season so they go down.

Actually the league allow stadiums to be sold to yourself and did not complain about the amount and waved it through.
Their main gripe appears to be that the financial year it appeared in the accounts helped SWFC avoid a penalty when it should have appeared in a different year.
So it’s like the league saying we are happy for you to murder someone but never said you could beat him to death with a banana.
The bottom line, as always, is clubs prepared to invest their own money should not be subjected to this crap.
I hope they take them to CAS.
