I've had conversations with American colleagues and some on cruises and explained that I am glad that our police and the public generally aren't armed... they just don't get it....

Whether something is terrorism isn't determined by the body count, it's determined by whether there's some sort of underlying ideology or political aim. Until we know that, it's accurate to not call it a terrorist attack.Has it been called out as terrorism in the mainstream media yet?
